Registration portal will allow you to:

• Start by creating a login for you unless you have one.
  • New users start by creating a new account.
  • Existing users (if used it to register for ICBO2016) use non-OSU login option. We may still have your information in the system.
  • If you have OSU affiliation, log in using OSU credentials.
• Select the conference ICBO2018.
• Select the following conference options by combining to make sure you are able to attend the events you like.
  • Main ICBO Conference (August 7-10 | see costs in the following table)
  • Preconference Phenotype Ontology Workshop (August 6)-FREE
  • Post Conference Machine Learning workshop organized by IBM and CGRB (August 10-12 | see costs in the following table)
• When registering you will be asked for the following information. Some of the information is required for reporting purposes. We will not disclose your personal information to anyone including the granting agencies and sponsors.
  • Provide personal contact and demographic information. (For our internal use only)
  • Reserve University housing (on campus only) while you are registering for conference
    • University housing ($65/night) for budget travelers is available on the OSU campus.
      • Opt out if children are accompanying and look for following hotel options.
    • Make your own hotel reservations using a dedicated conference-specific gateway
      • Book by July 16th to get the discounted conference rate
      • Hilton Garden Inn Corvallis is the onsite conference hotel.
      • Courtyard Corvallis is the conference hotel located in Downtown with an easy walk to campus.
  • Select free conference workshops you may want to attend (August 7 and 10).

  • Add accompanying guests attending the conference dinner at an additional cost.
  • Make payments by check, credit card and OSU index (for OSU attendees).
  • Receive an email confirmation once you have completed the registration.

Registration Pricing Information:

On the registration portal, you are allowed to combine registrations for the Phenotype Ontology, main ICBO, and/or the Machine Learning workshop.

Main ICBO (Aug 7-10, 2018): If you are planning to attend all 4 days (August 7-10) use this option when registering to have full access to the main ICBO events.

ICBO registration includes:

• Continental breakfast, all day coffee and, tea, lunch and snacks at breaks each day of the workshop. Options may change for August 10.
• Conference dinner.
• Poster reception/mixer.
• Access to all free workshops on August 7 and 10.
• All meeting related materials.
• Free WiFi.
